WATCH: Patriots star player surprises his mother with a new house

In a video uploaded to Instagram on Sunday night, Patriots interior defensive lineman Christian Barmore seemingly purchased his mother a house.

Barmore is coming off a career in which he registered 49 pressures and eight sacks, but he is also entering the final year of his rookie contract and should figure to be one of the highest-paid interior defensive linemen in the NFL. The new Patriots regime has expressed a desire to retain their homegrown talent, and if that is true, it shouldn't be long before we see the Patriots back up the Brink's truck for one of their best players.
