BREAKING: Patriots retain crucial offensive lineman

The New England Patriots have come to terms on a three year extension with OT/OG Michael Onenu, per NFL Networks Ian Rapoport. It is reportedly a three year deal worth up to $57m, with $38m in guarantees and $22.5m signing bonus.

Onwenu has been a crucial piece of the Patriots, spending half of his 56 starts at tackle and the other half at guard. His versatility provides the team with flexibility and security at multiple positions along the offensive line.
